Marcus I loved 2010. It was a happy year for me and saw the launch of unlikeness. In this respect I'm pleased to have met all 222 interesting people behind the portraits I took so far. Of those 222 were:
THANK YOU TO ALL PARTICIPANTS! YOU'VE BEEN FABULOUS!

Now also today, here's the result of my recent meeting with Mario from 'Someone Once Told Me'. We met at the old Fleapit with a new name (Brawn?!?) and chewed the fat for a good two hours. Then I took Mario's portrait (liked) and he recorded a picture and a video of what someone once told me:
And there's even a video! You can watch me mumbling along to explain why I chose "you're always choosing the bad ones" here.
Nice start to another fabulous year. Happy New 2011!

Marcus I spent a lovely afternoon with Mario from Someone Once Told Me (SOTM). Maro started his project in 2006 and has built up an amazing catalogue of over a thousand images, posting one new photograph every day. I blogged earlier about it including a video here.
Today we met and took photographs of each other.

As it turns out we have a number of friends in common and I look forward to meeting Mario again soon. I'll also blog again, once my SOTM goes up.

Marcus I had lunch today with a friend who told me about Mario Cacciottolo's Someone Once Told Me Project. Since 2006 Mario takes black and white pictures of people who hold up a large piece of paper, upon which they write something that someone once told them. Here's a video of his work:
